After you have viewed an Intelligram, if you are sure that you will never want to refer to it again, you can delete it from your computer.
Caution! Once you delete an Intelligram, you cannot retrieve it again.
To delete an Intelligram:
On your screen, locate and click the Start button on the taskbar.
Point to Programs, then Aveo, then choose Attune.
From the View menu, choose Intelligrams.
In the list of Intelligrams, select the Intelligram that you want to delete.
From the Edit menu, choose Delete.
Click Yes if you are sure you want to delete the Intelligram.
In the Attune window, from the File menu, choose Exit.
Notes
Attune sets aside a maximum amount of disk space on your computer in which to store Intelligrams for each Relationship. If new Intelligrams are sent from a Relationship for which the Intelligram disk space maximum has been reached, Attune determines which Intelligrams are least likely to ever be relevant to you and then begins selectively deleting those Intelligrams to make additional disk space available.
